Responsibilities
- Contribute as a member of a high-performing, cross-functional team
- Take ownership of features, collaborate with senior engineers, and deliver production-ready code
- Adopt and apply standard engineering practices and principles
- Produce clear documentation for software functionality, system designs, and project plans, including well-commented, readable code
- Work closely with engineering leadership to shape and implement platform architecture that supports long-term growth and scalability
- Assist in assessing and advancing key business and technology strategies for the organization and its clients
