Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development cycles across frontend, backend, APIs, and data systems, guiding ambiguous business needs into deployed, monitored, and maintained solutions.
- Develop internal tools and go-to-market platforms that integrate CRMs, marketing automation, data warehouses, and third-party services into reliable, auditable workflows, incorporating AI where justified by outcomes.
- Design reusable system components instead of one-off solutions; when patterns repeat, build foundational modules for ingestion, storage, generation, evaluation, and observability to scale future workflows.
- Maintain and enhance a content-focused web platform that enables non-technical users to publish quickly, safely, and with confidence across multiple delivery surfaces.
- Take full ownership of system reliability, including webhooks, data synchronization, and error handling, by implementing monitoring, validation checks, and operational runbooks to proactively detect issues.
- Collaborate directly with growth, sales, and revenue operations teams to understand complex workflows, translate them into technical solutions, and validate their effectiveness through measurable results.
- Improve engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, promote reusable architectural patterns, and exercise sound judgment—including knowing when to decline proposed work.
Benefits
- Used by more than 1,000 law firms, with rapid customer and operational growth.
- Secured over $160 million in funding from leading venture firms such as Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
