Office Hours is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to build impactful user-facing features for our knowledge-sharing marketplace. You'll work across the entire stack, from profiles and search to workflow tools and an underlying knowledge graph, with opportunities to incorporate AI technologies.
What You'll Do
- Work with a team of engineers and cross-functional partners (design, engineering, sales, client solutions) to build impactful user-facing features.
- Help architect and implement performant, scalable, and reliable solutions that enable us to scale.
- Support in developing a best-in-class software development process.
- Help us incorporate the latest AI technologies, tools, and workflows into our platform and workflow.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Take pride in your craft and have a track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
- Can turn user and business problems into engineering solutions.
- A self-starter who embraces ambiguity, a fast-paced environment, and solving hard problems.
