Engage in all stages of agile software development, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Develop and enhance high-performance frontend applications with Next.js, emphasizing usability and scalability.
Support backend services with Node.js and NestJS, including RESTful APIs and workflows.
Apply object-oriented programming principles and modern JavaScript (ES6+) to produce clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Design systems optimized for speed, scalability, and reliability.
Work with design, product, backend, and underwriting teams to create user-focused features.
Research, prototype, and assess new tools and technologies to improve development processes.
Collaborate with a hybrid, globally distributed team across time zones using Slack, GitHub, shared documentation, and Zoom.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3 to 5+ years of experience building modern, scalable React-based web applications.
Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and RESTful API design.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with AWS or cloud-based infrastructure.
