Responsibilities
- Create and refine tools that enhance the local development experience for engineering teams
- Define and support the adoption of AI-powered development tools through standardized practices and safeguards
- Develop and continuously improve AI-driven automation and developer tools integrated into existing codebases and workflows
- Lead the evolution of end-to-end testing systems, including frameworks, infrastructure, reliability, and failure diagnostics
- Deliver impactful improvements used daily by engineers across multiple regions

- This position is based in the San Francisco office.
- Candidates must be available to work from the office four days per week, unless the role is designated as remote.
- Hub offices are located in San Francisco, New York, London, and Mexico City, with satellite locations in Denver, Sydney, Paris, and Berlin.
- Employees in office-based roles are expected to attend in person four days each week.
