Responsibilities
- Design and build software that meets quality and performance standards
- Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver solutions
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues in existing systems
- Apply organizational development methodologies and uphold design guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Investigate, test, and propose effective software tools and frameworks
- Coordinate with internal teams across departments
- Demonstrate genuine investment in project outcomes alongside technical execution
