- Write and maintain production-level code as part of the core development team
- Design and scale the platform architecture to support future growth
- Guide and support fellow engineers through mentorship and knowledge sharing
- Lead significant projects from initial design through to final deployment
- Work closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver integrated solutions
