Responsibilities
- Guide the development of an AI coding assistant by analyzing real-world team interactions, identifying failure points, and influencing improvements across product features, backend systems, ecosystem integrations, and model behavior to ensure dependable performance in enterprise environments.
- Develop foundational tools and frameworks that enable broad adoption, including extensibility plugins, automation hooks, access controls, discovery interfaces, role-based permissions, administrative dashboards, audit trails, usage tracking, rate management, pricing policies, configuration templates, and monitoring analytics for organizational oversight.
- Architect and maintain secure, end-to-end systems that support AI-assisted development across web platforms, code editors, command-line tools, and continuous integration pipelines, with integration into corporate identity providers and compliance systems using standards like SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and policy engines, while ensuring efficient and auditable data handling.
- Lead onboarding and production rollouts by collaborating with early adopters and go-to-market partners, gathering operational insights and user feedback, and rapidly refining the platform, underlying infrastructure, and ecosystem to support scalable enterprise use.
