Responsibilities
- Translate client and implementation team requirements into defined engineering tasks
- Develop backend functionality, integrations, and enhancements to the platform
- Primarily use Python and Django, with occasional work across other stack components
- Create clear technical documentation, architectural decision records, or product insights accessible to others
- Participate in cross-functional discussions involving product, design, implementation, and engineering teams
- Develop integrations with external systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Graph, Apaleo, or Zendesk
- Support delivery of client-specific projects while minimizing custom development
- Ensure the product remains practical, scalable, and effective in real-world use
