- Develop and enhance core autonomy functions in planning, control, and estimation pipelines
- Create, implement, and maintain production-grade Python and C++ software
- Translate product and operational requirements into practical technical solutions
- Enhance system reliability, performance, and maintainability across various modules
- Analyze complex issues using logs, simulation, and operational data, and implement lasting fixes
- Build test and validation workflows to enable safe and confident releases
- Contribute to engineering quality through design reviews, code reviews, and improved development practices

Leveling (Junior/Mid) (1)
Junior-level engineers are expected to contribute to features and modules with guidance, while developing stronger system-level understanding and gradually taking on more ownership - Mid-level engineers are expected to independently own features or modules, make sound implementation decisions, and contribute to technical design
