Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain highly reliable systems that manage software deployment orchestration across hundreds of production environments
- Collaborate directly with customers to address immediate needs through rapid feedback and iterative problem-solving
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that span multiple team domains
- Diagnose and resolve intricate performance and system-level issues across the full technology stack
