Seeking experienced software engineers in the EU or UK to improve the realism, depth, and technical accuracy of AI systems through evaluation and content refinement.
Responsibilities
- Assess and improve AI-generated content focused on software development, technical documentation, code standards, and practical implementation
- Judge AI responses for correctness, real-world feasibility, and adherence to industry practices
- Develop authentic software engineering situations drawn from personal professional experience
- Generate alternate versions of scenarios reflecting viewpoints such as developer, client, product manager, or stakeholder
- Detect missing elements, errors, or flawed logic in AI-produced engineering material

NOTE
There are two kinds of opportunities: 1. Traditional freelance missions — These are standard project-based roles where the listed assignment reflects the actual work. 2. AI Lab roles — For AI Lab positions, we identify, vet, and approve candidates for future project access. The listed missions for AI Lab roles are not standard job postings. AI Lab work is often confidential, revealing details about ongoing research, and project needs arise unpredictably. When a request comes in, we must often respond within 24 hours with qualified individuals. Matching depends on the specific project requirements and your specialized expertise. Once your profile is approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects as they emerge. This could happen within hours or take months, depending on the AI lab's research pipeline and demand.
