Applied Intuition is hiring a Software Engineer to develop scalable applications and infrastructure solutions for autonomy and mobility products. In this role, you will work across the technology stack, handling full-stack development, infrastructure, simulation, and testing, with a focus on advanced behavior and motion planning algorithms for off-road vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Analyze user needs and software requirements, develop solutions, and determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints.
- Design, develop, and modify software specifications and determine performance standards.
- Develop scalable applications and participate in all aspects of software development including design, implementation, and testing.
- Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation and architect solutions to any bottlenecks that are encountered.
- Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status.
- Build out infrastructure initiatives, optimize cloud compute and storage costs, and help design new cloud projects.
- Confer with domain experts to design software and to obtain information on project limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
- Work on solutions to the autonomy industry's leading infrastructure problems.
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for autonomy and mobility products, particularly advanced behavior and motion planning algorithms for off-road vehicles.
- Work across the technology stack, handling full-stack development, infrastructure, simulation, testing, and more.
- Create behavior and motion planning with collision avoidance systems for safe, efficient, robust, scalable, and efficient software.
