Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and release robust and scalable solutions across the full technology stack, with an emphasis on web and mobile platforms.
- Lead features from ideation through to production deployment.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to determine technical requirements and advance project timelines.
- Promote and uphold strong engineering standards and best practices.
- Guarantee high code quality by implementing and maintaining automated testing processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in relational database systems and effective schema design.
- Actively share expertise and propose innovative ideas within a team-oriented setting.
- Continuously refine and enhance software development skills and methodologies.
- Use logical and analytical reasoning to address technical challenges.
- Prioritize attention to detail in design and user experience to deliver exceptional customer value.
- Ensure all technical work supports the goal of creating a secure and trustworthy community environment.
