Responsibilities
- Help design, build, and maintain frameworks that support test infrastructure and provide automation guidance to development teams.
- Make sure all required tests are run and consistently share updates on quality status with the team.
- Support reliable delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Investigate, suggest, and apply tools that improve automation coverage, regression testing, and overall delivery quality.
- Work together with team members by sharing expertise and guiding them in test automation approaches and best practices.
- Identify potential issues early and actively propose creative, effective solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all test scenarios and outcomes.
- Apply relevant metrics and KPIs to assess and communicate software quality.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional agile team to integrate quality practices from initial requirements through to final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, product, operations, leadership, and business stakeholders as needed.
- Think creatively to uncover and validate edge cases beyond standard functional workflows.
