Responsibilities
- Lead the development of long-term technical direction and architectural planning for PEPS applications and enterprise-wide engineering initiatives.
- Take ownership of large, distributed systems and ensure seamless integration and alignment across multiple departments.
- Manage and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud Platform using Kubernetes and Docker to meet scalability and reliability demands.
- Design system architectures that are scalable, secure, and built for long-term maintainability with an emphasis on performance and resilience.
- Create and refine CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices to improve deployment speed and platform stability.
- Implement standardized software development lifecycle practices, including code reviews, workflows, and quality assurance measures.
- Develop, refactor, and support high-efficiency web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js to consolidate tools into a unified platform.
- Diagnose, debug, and enhance core software, services, and databases to maintain system efficiency and reliability.
- Serve as technical lead for enterprise-wide projects, aligning deep technical execution with strategic system design.
- Guide engineering teams through mentorship, lead technical discussions, and communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
