Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers by assigning tasks, setting priorities, balancing workloads, and resolving obstacles to maintain project momentum.
- Manage the complete software development lifecycle for designated products, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, technical evaluations, testing coordination, release scheduling, and continuous improvements.
- Guide developers through code reviews, collaborative coding sessions, and regular feedback to promote strong engineering practices and uniform coding standards.
- Monitor project execution to ensure deliverables meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to quality benchmarks.
- Present sprint demonstrations, progress reports, and technical updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with enterprise IT, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and compliant with organizational technology policies.
- Assist in testing efforts, quality assurance processes, and bug prioritization to ensure product stability and performance.
- Maintain and improve development tools, workflows, enterprise GitHub repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members on internal tools, codebases, and development procedures.
