About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Builder to own the CRM Tasks product end-to-end. This role emphasizes complete product ownership - designing, building, shipping, and scaling features independently. You will operate with high autonomy, turning ideas into production-ready systems without relying on traditional cross-functional dependencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development by transforming business needs into scalable, production-ready software solutions
- Architect and build frontend and backend components, including APIs and automated workflows
- Quickly develop prototypes, test with users, and refine into high-quality production systems
- Maintain system performance, reliability, and capacity for growth
- Monitor live applications, keep documentation current, and enhance internal engineering practices
