Responsibilities
- Create and manage automated testing frameworks and strategies tailored for artificial intelligence products
- Validate and test features powered by AI models, including integrations with OpenAI, Claude, and similar platforms
- Assess and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure accuracy and optimal performance
- Utilize AI-driven automation tools to expand test coverage and improve testing efficiency
- Work closely with developers, product teams, and AI researchers to deliver high-quality product releases
- Take full ownership of tasks and deliver results independently
- Support and mentor junior test engineers to promote quality practices and ongoing skill development
