- Guide the evolution of system architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Promote the adoption of modern technologies and development practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and executive stakeholders to align priorities, define technical requirements, and maintain a shared roadmap.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the development lifecycle.
- Advocate for best practices in observability, security, testing, and release management.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture based on transparency, continuous improvement, and a shared commitment to quality and innovation.
