Aperia is hiring a Software Developer (.NET + AI/LLMs)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Business Analysts to understand and refine requirements from U.S. stakeholders, aligning technical execution with business objectives.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET Core, C#, React, and Angular.
  • Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs.
  • Implement and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, indexes, and queries.
  • Build modern, responsive user interfaces with React and Angular frameworks.
  • Use Visual Studio Code and Visual Studio to develop and debug software solutions.
  • Engage in architectural planning and technical design evaluations.
  • Create cloud-native services following 12-Factor App methodology.
  • Design, implement, and sustain RESTful APIs using JSON over HTTPS for systems handling large transaction volumes.
  • Tune and enhance database performance across relational (e.g., SQL Server) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) systems.
  • Conduct unit testing, cross-browser testing, and debugging to ensure production-quality code.
  • Apply advanced CI/CD and DevSecOps practices to maintain secure and efficient deployment pipelines.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments.
  • Guide junior developers and assist team members in solving technical problems.
  • Research and share insights on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
