Aperia is hiring a Software Developer (.NET + AI)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Business Analysts to understand and refine requirements from U.S. stakeholders, aligning technical execution with business objectives.
  • Develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET Core, C#, React, and Angular.
  • Create scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs for transaction-heavy systems.
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, queries, and indexing strategies.
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and Angular frameworks.
  • Use Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code to develop and debug robust software solutions.
  • Engage in architectural planning and technical design evaluations.
  • Develop cloud-native services following 12-Factor App methodology.
  • Design, implement, and sustain RESTful APIs using JSON over HTTPS.
  • Tune performance across relational databases like SQL Server and NoSQL platforms such as MongoDB and Cassandra.
  • Conduct unit testing, cross-environment validation, and debugging to ensure reliable, production-ready code.
  • Implement advanced CI/CD and DevSecOps practices to secure and streamline deployment pipelines.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges under tight deadlines.
  • Guide junior developers and assist team members in solving technical problems.
  • Research and disseminate insights on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
