Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- At least four years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications, especially in ecommerce, internet banking, and mobile banking domains
- Solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its practical application
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automated Builds, Planning Poker, and frequent release cycles
- Strong communication abilities to engage with business teams and stakeholders for translating business needs into technical solutions
- Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking with a proven ability to solve complex problems creatively
- Capable of thriving in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in J2EE, MVC architecture, and object-oriented analysis and design patterns
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS, Apache WebServer, and Oracle WebLogic
- Hands-on expertise with EJB, JMX, Struts, Spring, Hibernate or iBatis, JMS, MDB, and MQ
- Working knowledge of XML technologies including XML, XSL, JAXB, JAXP, and web services standards such as JAX-RS, JAX-WS, SOAP, WSDL, REST, and JSON
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience using WebLogic, Apache, Ant, and Maven for application deployment and build automation
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, storage systems, firewalls, load balancers, and network routers
Nice to Have
- Experience with internet and mobile banking platform technologies
- Prior delivery of a content management system as part of an internet banking implementation
- Exposure to projects involving content management and device rendering solutions such as Interwoven, HP LiveSite, or Oracle WebCenter Sites
