Responsibilities
- Work alongside AI-powered coding assistants by reviewing, testing, debugging, and improving generated code while defining coding guidelines and safety protocols.
- Take ownership of full system architecture, including breaking down requirements, designing data models, structuring APIs, and planning deployment layouts.
- Partner with technical leads and product teams to evaluate project timelines, estimate workloads, and identify potential technical challenges.
- Create, enhance, and support high-efficiency microservices in Go for both cloud and on-premise environments.
- Develop and scale RESTful API interfaces that serve large enterprise client bases reliably.
- Establish and manage certificate-driven secure communication using mutual TLS for inter-service and client interactions.
- Follow secure development practices aligned with industry standards, ensuring protection against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities throughout the development lifecycle.
- Integrate observability features such as structured logs, distributed tracing, and performance metrics using OpenTelemetry, New Relic, and OpenSearch.
- Support deployment across cloud-native (AWS/Kubernetes) and on-prem platforms, maintaining consistent functionality and security
