Indra Group is hiring a Software Design and Development Engineer to work on advanced projects in simulation and defense. You will apply your expertise in high-level C++ programming, backend development, and communication protocols within agile SCRUM teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop software in C++ for simulation environments.
• Implement and develop communication protocols and REST APIs.
• Develop in simulation environments, ideally with knowledge of Unity.
• Participate in agile team management (SCRUM) and sprint planning.
• Apply software development and testing methodologies, including tools like SonarQube and Jenkins.
• Collaborate on defense and security projects, modeling and simulating systems.
• Manage and version code with GIT and C++/C++.NET environments.

What We're Looking For

• A Degree or Master's in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a similar field.
• 4–5 years of experience in C++ and software development for simulation.
• Experience in developing REST APIs and communication protocols.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM) and backend development.
• Experience with development and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, GIT).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Unity and gRPC is highly valued.
• Experience in modeling and simulation of systems for defense.
• Knowledge of C++.NET and .NET environments.
• Experience in developing software for critical or military environments.
