Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale Java-based enterprise systems
- Deliver technical leadership in solution design and engineering practices across distributed teams
- Drive the modernization and enhancement of existing forensic software platforms
- Ensure systems are built for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill growth within nearshore and offshore development groups
- Work closely with product management, quality assurance, DevOps, and architecture teams to align technical direction
