Responsibilities
- Collect and record specifications for new functionalities and system improvements
- Convert business objectives into database architecture and technical requirements
- Orchestrate development sprints, user acceptance testing, and system rollouts
- Oversee release management, including version tracking and documentation updates
- Verify system features meet functional expectations
- Serve as primary contact for incident reporting and resolution
- Diagnose and resolve EDI and SFTP connectivity problems
- Execute SQL queries for validation and issue debugging
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify root causes of system issues
- Log incidents and document resolution procedures
- Administer user permissions and role configurations
- Develop instructional resources for end users
- Deliver remote training sessions for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in integrating new business partners into systems
- Liaise with external development teams and technical partners
- Track vendor deliverables and adherence to service level agreements
- Work closely with cloud infrastructure and security teams
- Coordinate with procurement and internal departments
- Maintain accuracy of system master records
- Ensure consistency and correctness of data across platforms
- Uphold compliance with governance policies and standards
