Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the end-to-end social content schedule across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for two brands, including publishing and planning.
- Collaborate with AI creative producers and product teams to gather product assets such as screen recordings and motion demos, then adapt them for social platforms.
- Produce and edit original content using tools like Screen Studio, including clipping, text overlays, motion graphics, and platform-specific formatting.
- Lead and expand the Discord community by initiating discussions, gathering user insights, and maintaining consistent activity.
- Design and implement social media campaigns tied to product launches, new features, and key company milestones.
- Partner with creator and community teams to identify creator content, align on campaign goals, and distribute content across channels.
- Analyze performance metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions to inform future content strategies.
- Track evolving platform algorithms, trends, and cultural moments to identify brand-relevant opportunities.
- Elevate the brand’s tone and content quality, ensuring a cohesive voice and identity across all platforms.
- Handle community interactions by responding to comments, identifying feedback, and participating in relevant conversations.
- Create and refine content formats that effectively showcase product features to creators and marketing professionals.
