Responsibilities
- Assist with daily social media operations for client accounts, covering content publishing, paid campaigns, audience engagement, and performance reporting.
- Develop, plan, and publish social media content that is accurate, consistent with brand guidelines, and aligned with content strategies.
- Manage and update content schedules to ensure timely and coordinated delivery of campaign-based and ongoing content.
- Monitor audience interactions and respond promptly to messages, comments, and tags in a manner consistent with brand voice.
- Prepare responses to employer review site feedback on platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed to support positive brand perception.
- Help launch and manage paid social media campaigns, including audience selection, budget monitoring, and initial performance adjustments.
- Collect and analyze social media metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for strategic improvement.
- Conduct competitor research and social platform audits to gather data on content effectiveness and digital presence.
- Stay informed about evolving platform updates, trends, and industry standards to enhance content delivery.
- Partner with creative and branding teams to produce original, platform-first content, including writing copy and aiding in asset development.
- Assist in content production activities as needed, capturing visuals and materials optimized for social channels.
- Support the development of short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok and Reels, including basic editing and recording.
- Manage social media operations tasks such as organizing digital assets, reviewing video clips, maintaining project systems, and supporting meetings through notes and planning.
- Collaborate with senior social media staff to ensure high-quality output and to grow professional expertise.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support team objectives.
