Responsibilities
- Carry out content publishing according to an established content schedule
- Plan and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Ensure all published content is accurate, timely, and meets quality standards
- Upload and manage social media assets, including short-form video content
- Assist in launching and managing promotional activities like giveaways and gifting campaigns
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on social media performance
- Monitor key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content effectiveness
- Keep performance dashboards updated and verify data integrity
- Communicate actionable insights and emerging trends from performance data
- Support analysis of competitors and ongoing industry developments
- Watch for trending topics, public conversations, and cultural moments on social platforms
- Share timely opportunities and observations with the internal team
- Track competitor actions and changes in the social media environment
- Utilize social media tools such as Nectar, Dash Hudson, Emplifi, or comparable platforms
- Maintain consistent tagging, categorization, and reporting frameworks
- Ensure data and content are properly documented and organized
- Manage daily workflows related to content publishing and reporting
- Monitor and record manual metrics including follower counts and performance benchmarks
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and sustained social media efforts
