We are looking for a Social Media Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of various online content including blog, social media and video marketing. You will be reporting to the group CMO and working together with the Creative Director, Digital Marketing, Web Designer and Marketing Administrators.
Creativity and initiative are crucial qualities for this role. You will be responsible for independently coming up with new ideas for marketing methods using various platforms, as well as thinking outside the box.
Responsibilities
Build a content strategy covering multiple brands and media platforms
Develop and manage a consistent content schedule to ensure maximum brand exposure
Plan and oversee creation of content
Directly manage all company social media accounts
Craft and curate relevant and appealing social media posts
Organize the creation of video content (e.g. YT/FB/TikTok reels and videos), including a regularly-updated YouTube channel
Manage your function utilizing a pool of shared resources and assistance from other company leaders
Qualifications
Excellent English language skills (near native level with perfect written communications)
Creativity, initiative and ability to work independently
Strategic social media marketing expertise
Content writing experience
Video production experience
Experience successfully leveraging the following the following platforms to achieve measured growth in sales and/or brand awareness:
