Kohl's is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager*in (m/w/d) to manage social media channels and content for a growing art startup and the founder's personal accounts. You'll develop content ideas, produce videos, and engage with the community, working closely with the founder in the Leipzig gallery.
What You'll Do
- Manage social media channels for Studierenden-Kunstmarkt and the founder's private accounts.
- Develop content ideas and editorial plans.
- Write copy for posts, captions, LinkedIn articles, and scripts.
- Produce and edit Reels & short videos for Instagram.
- Design stories, thumbnails, and social assets.
- Conduct content research and trend analysis.
- Manage community interactions including comments and messages.
- Collaborate closely with the founder in the Leipzig gallery.
- Occasionally visit artists in their studios to produce authentic content on-site.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient use of Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Excellent language skills and creativity in writing.
- Experience with video shooting & editing.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and modern formats.
- Very structured and organized way of working.
- High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, and reliability.
- Innovative mindset and enjoyment of trying new ideas.
- Motivation to grow with a young brand.
