Responsibilities
- Upload and organize compelling multimedia content while managing daily audience interactions and responding to inquiries.
- Collect data on audience demographics, engagement metrics, competitor promotional strategies, and industry trends.
- Develop or supervise a content calendar, campaign timelines, and scheduled posts across multiple platforms.
- Work with internal teams to shape content, refine strategy, and execute promotional efforts.
- Moderate online discussions, build relationships with followers, and handle customer reviews and feedback.
- Identify and research potential influencer collaborations, complementary products, and partnership opportunities.
- Write and edit captions, descriptions, and other textual content for social media updates.
- Support the Ad Manager in launching and monitoring paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.
- Complete additional tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis.
