- Translate complex data analyses into clear, compelling narratives that guide storytelling and decision-making.
- Organize and distill information into cohesive, impactful stories that shape and inspire creative direction.
- Use social listening and performance metrics to generate innovative strategic approaches that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Produce original, data-driven insights including brand health tracking, crisis detection, and audience profiling to inform strategy.
- Analyze organizational objectives to design effective measurement frameworks, goals, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure all social insights, monitoring reports, and performance dashboards are accurate, insightful, and aligned with current marketing demands.
- Design intuitive and visually compelling dashboards using platforms such as Sprinklr, YouScan, Brandwatch, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Play a central role in new project kickoffs by representing social intelligence capabilities with authority and clarity.
- Foster strong collaborations with strategy and creative teams, serving as a reliable advisor and cross-functional partner.
- Mentor and guide local Social Intelligence Analysts, promoting high standards and professional growth within the analytics function.
- Collaborate with integrated teams—including end-to-end strategy, marketing technology, public relations, and media—to unify social data with broader analytics initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction on global standards for dashboard architecture, reporting formats, taxonomy design, and tagging protocols.
- Lead social analytics efforts globally, working with international teams to establish best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor emerging cultural and industry trends to inform proactive, timely content and campaign strategies.
