Bruker is hiring a Snr Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets (quotas)
• Providing help for acquiring new customers in collaboration with marcom team and inside sales team. (lead generation, event organizing, campaigns)
• Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing customers (deepening sales)
• Listening to customer needs and presenting solutions (proposals)
• Quotation, contract negotiation and closing
• Recording activities in the CRM system and creating accurate order forecasts
• Achieve order intake through teamwork in collaboration with customer support and the applications team

Requirements

• Experienced Senior Account Manager
• Capable of building and maintaining strategic partnerships
• Driving the achievement of sales targets and maximising customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate leadership in collaboration with the Country Manager to penetrate the Japanese market
• Leverage cross-collaboration within a competitive domestic manufacturing landscape
• Maintain and expand key accounts
• Maximise retentions
• Sustain high levels of customer satisfaction by deeply understanding client challenges and proposing tailored solutions
