Responsibilities
- Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including demonstrations, workflow setup, and solution design for agency and professional services customers.
- Create industry-specific demo environments for key sectors such as Advertising & Marketing, Media, Digital Services, Design & Creative, and PR to accelerate proof-of-value in sales conversations.
- Convert client challenges into customized product setups, demonstrating precise functionality like the Notice/Recommend/Approve workflow for brief intake instead of generic tours.
- Ensure successful adoption of AI Teammate features after contract signing by verifying active client engagement and usage before transitioning to customer success teams.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities where technical architecture influences deal outcomes.
- Collect and relay direct customer feedback to product teams, serving as an early field voice shaping product evolution.
- Develop reusable technical resources such as demo setups, interactive walkthroughs, and configuration documentation to empower the sales team independently.
