Motive is hiring a SMB Account Executive, Outbound Sales

Responsibilities

  • Make a high number of outbound calls daily to identify and engage potential customers, with the expectation that only a small fraction will become qualified leads.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations of fleet management software to prospective fleet managers and drivers.
  • Assess customer challenges through targeted questioning to match their operational needs with the appropriate software solution.
  • Guide prospects by explaining product features, understanding their specific use cases, and supporting onboarding decisions.
  • Keep an up-to-date pipeline of qualified leads and deliver reliable revenue projections based on active opportunities.
  • Set and execute strategies to consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s technology stack and internal processes, and provide feedback to improve offerings based on market insights.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and competitive dynamics to offer informed, consultative guidance during sales conversations.
