Dev is hiring a Small to Medium Business Account Executive (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue qualified prospects through various communication channels to win new clients
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, build alignment among decision-makers, and finalize licensing and service contracts
  • Conduct compelling, solution-focused sales demonstrations through virtual and face-to-face meetings
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to develop targeted strategies, messaging, and sales materials for assigned accounts
  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline within a defined territory of mid-sized companies (250–2,000 employees) looking to upgrade or replace current hiring systems
  • Stay informed about industry developments, new technologies, and competitive landscape
  • Proactively identify and address potential deal obstacles while providing accurate sales forecasts
