The SLS Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in advancing Solventum's medical product offerings across southern Taiwan, with a focus on medical surgery, operating rooms, anesthesia, and intensive care units. Working within TUR Solventum Turkey Sağlık Ürünleri ve Tıbbi Cihaz İthalat ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, this professional will ensure effective sales coverage and strong customer engagement in a dynamic healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Assess the sales coverage strategy to ensure optimal deployment of the sales force and effective use of sales channels
- Evaluate distribution setup and indirect sales as part of the commercial model
- Assess effectiveness of channel partnerships
- Provide product training and application supports to customers
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Collaborate with territory distributor’s sales representatives
- Be responsible for all tasks related to customers in southern Taiwan
What We're Looking For
- College or university degree
- At least 5 years of sales experience in hospital-oriented business with specific accounts
- Good familiarity with internal hospital procedures
- Good time and territory management with data-driven skills as needed
- Basic computer skills in PPT/Excel
- Distributor management and skill in leading distributor’s sales team
- Experience selling medical supply consumables
- English communication is part of daily operations
- Must be legally authorized to work in Taiwan without sponsorship for employment visa status
