Responsibilities
- Fix and service slot machines and related devices located on the gaming floor.
- Perform repairs and upkeep on slot equipment within the dedicated slot maintenance shop.
- Assist in setting up, relocating, and removing slot machines and associated hardware.
- Keep accurate gaming records to meet state and internal compliance standards.
- Support a high-quality guest gaming experience in Maryland by ensuring equipment operates reliably.
- Interact with guests in a courteous, collaborative, and professional manner.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
