Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware under supervision and ongoing on-the-job training
- Handle common floor calls independently while working toward competency and proficiency
- Perform immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware
- Repair and diagnose machine faults
- Isolate electronic faults at the board level and escalate to senior slot technicians
- Read, understand, and accurately apply information from repair manuals and other equipment-related materials
- Carry and effectively communicate using a two-way radio
- Maintain current knowledge of new slot products and equipment
