Responsibilities

- Manage a regional sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets

- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with government needs
- Deliver executive-level presentations to procurement and policy stakeholders
- Oversee contract negotiations and procurement compliance processes
- Monitor regional market trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing and customer success
- Ensure compliance with public sector sales regulations and ethics standards
- Lead competitive positioning efforts in government procurement cycles
- Mentor and develop sales talent within the regional team
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and government forums
- Track key performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness
- Align sales plans with annual budget cycles of public agencies
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new sales personnel
- Promote solution adoption through stakeholder engagement strategies
- Support RFP responses with strategic input and positioning
