Genius AI is seeking a specialist to manage and optimize our Skyswitch VoIP platform, ensuring effective communication solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service through configuration, proactive monitoring, and expert troubleshooting.

What You'll Do

Manage the configuration and integration of Skyswitch services within existing communication infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise with the Skyswitch platform.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and updates within the Skyswitch system.
Provide training and support to staff on the use and capabilities of Skyswitch services.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and protocols related to Skyswitch.
Stay current on new developments and enhancements in Skyswitch technology.

What We're Looking For

Experience with the Skyswitch VoIP platform or similar cloud-based telecommunication services.
