Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and traders to deliver continuous frontline support for live, test, and research trading systems.
- Detect and resolve system issues proactively by establishing automated monitoring focused on application service-level objectives and early anomaly detection.
- Manage and ensure reliability of the test trading infrastructure, automating routine maintenance to support stable development workflows.
- Streamline and standardize continuous integration and deployment practices across teams to accelerate software delivery and reduce operational friction.
- Conduct performance stress tests and validate system behavior under load, working with engineering teams to enhance testing frameworks.
- Coordinate closely with traders, software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and infrastructure teams across the technology stack.
