Responsibilities
- Generate reports and project summaries covering cost responsibilities, project progress, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Evaluate and interpret financial and operational data upon request.
- Manage spare parts inventory tasks, including stockroom organization, shipping and receiving, goods movements, cycle counts, and tracking of serialized components.
- Support work order processing in Dynaway AX by recording material usage, goods movements, labor hours, and other relevant job metrics.
- Handle purchasing and receiving duties such as creating requisitions, setting up vendors, managing purchase orders, coordinating with legal, receiving shipments, acquiring tools or equipment, and resolving vendor issues.
- Offer on-site technical support to staff for ERP system functions including financial transactions, procurement, time tracking, and maintenance and materials management.
- Monitor project expenditures and generate financial reports for the Facility Manager to support budget oversight.
- Collaborate with Corporate Facilities to maintain office equipment and supplies in the O&M building.
- Coordinate with regional offices in Houston and San Francisco on matters including legal compliance, vendor qualifications, and community engagement initiatives.
- Help organize company events, high-profile meetings, and training sessions as needed.
- Attend regional and project team meetings when requested.
- Support joint venture or partner agreements where applicable.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
