UAP Inc. is hiring a Shipper / Receiver

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Warranty Clerk is responsible for processing returns, warranties, and transfers in a timely and accurate manner. This role plays a key part in improving processing efficiency, accuracy, and completion rates to help eliminate non-moving inventory and ensure stores receive upgraded, in-demand products quickly. This position pays between $19.20 and $21.60 per hour (depending on your qualifications). We offer a range of attractive benefits and corporate discounts, as well as training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development. • Process and verify returns, warranties, and transfers in accordance with company guidelines and timelines. • Maintain accurate records for shipments, inventory movements, and stock transfers. • Collaborate with the Distribution Centre, vendors, Finance/Accounting, Sales, and branch teams to ensure accurate processing and credit reconciliation. • Communicate with customers, branches, and vendors regarding returns and warranty matters. • Support regional inventory initiatives and drive continuous improvement in processing accuracy and turnaround times
