About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of integrated SHEQ management systems, ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies, and promoting a culture of safety and quality excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations
  • Assist in maintaining certification to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 standards
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audit readiness
  • Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Deliver SHEQ training programs to employees and contractors
  • Support risk assessments and hazard identification processes
  • Maintain documentation for SHEQ management systems
  • Track key performance indicators and report on SHEQ metrics
  • Collaborate with site teams to improve safety performance
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials
  • Promote behavioral safety initiatives across locations
  • Review and update safety procedures and work instructions
  • Support emergency preparedness and response planning
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and feedback
  • Coordinate with external regulatory bodies as needed
  • Assist in the development of SHEQ policies and standards
  • Facilitate management review meetings for SHEQ systems
  • Track non-conformances and verify closure of actions
  • Support sustainability and environmental protection goals
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to align SHEQ objectives
