Analytic Services Inc (ANSER) is seeking a SharePoint Solutions Architect & Administrator to provide direct support to an Intelligence Community customer. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain SharePoint-based collaboration and knowledge management solutions that enhance information sharing and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the SharePoint administrator, managing site architecture, permissions, and system functionality.
- Design and implement SharePoint solutions based on Government-approved requirements and mission needs.
- Elicit, document, and refine functional requirements from Government stakeholders and functional leads.
- Customize workflows and configure SharePoint tools to support business processes and operational requirements.
- Apply best practices across the SharePoint solution stack, including portals, collaboration tools, enterprise content management, business intelligence, forms, and business process automation.
- Maintain configuration control and technical documentation for SharePoint solutions and implemented system enhancements.
- Coordinate with information technology and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with applicable security policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain knowledge sharing infrastructure within SharePoint environments to support collaboration and information management.
- Pilot Government-approved SharePoint solutions with users and refine configurations to ensure operational acceptance.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and user guides.
- Provide training sessions and user support to drive adoption of SharePoint tools and collaboration platforms.
- Maintain and update SharePoint environments, tools, and site architecture.
- Support development of dashboards and reports to assist Government leadership with oversight of performance, compliance, and information technology investments.
What We're Looking For
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience administering and developing solutions within Microsoft SharePoint environments, including experience designing collaboration portals, implementing workflow automation, and supporting enterprise knowledge management platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing SharePoint workflows and business process automation solutions.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting functional requirements, system documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise collaboration, knowledge management, or information sharing platforms.
- Experience coordinating with cybersecurity or information assurance teams to ensure system compliance with applicable policies and security controls.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community information technology environments.
- Experience supporting research and development (R&D) organizations.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with enterprise applications, reporting tools, or data analytics platforms.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced mission environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills supporting stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption.
