Responsibilities
- Analyze information needs and requirements by consulting with stakeholders and IT leadership, and evaluating system flows, data usage, and business processes.
- Apply software development principles to design, debug, test, and deploy reliable software solutions.
- Create and sustain core software components using classic ASP, Microsoft .NET, and both SharePoint 2007 and 2013 platforms.
- Implement workflows based on SharePoint and develop Business Intelligence dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
- Produce clear technical documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, and annotated code, to illustrate solution designs.
- Develop proof of concept models or graphical simulation tools to demonstrate functionality.
- Maintain test environments, product demos, and training materials for internal use and education.
- Safeguard sensitive information by adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate in product design reviews by contributing practical and innovative solutions within a team setting.
- Exercise significant independent judgment and creative problem-solving throughout the development lifecycle.
