Responsibilities
- Design and deploy SharePoint solutions for collaboration sites, document management, workflow automation, and enterprise search functionality.
- Document comprehensive technical and functional specifications during the development of SharePoint applications.
- Lead solution design discussions with expertise in enterprise integration, including business processes, forms, search, BI, collaboration, document management, and mobile portal access.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture and design, deploy, and maintain solutions within a shared services environment.
- Develop and carry out test plans to validate solution quality and compliance with established standards.
- Build, implement, and record development procedures and standards aligned with software development lifecycle best practices.
- Manage multiple concurrent assignments and consistently meet project deadlines.
- Diagnose technical problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective resolutions.
- Deliver advanced-level technical support across business units while mentoring and training junior support staff.
